  Absolutely delicious and very beautiful inside. I am from out of town and this place was really good.  The staff is very friendly and promote.  The atmosphere is truly authentic for a Mexican restaurant.  
  
  The chips and salsa was homemade and the California Steak Burrito was a true work of art. It really hit the spot for my Mexican craving.  
  
  The next time I come to Eureka Missouri I will be stopping in for another bite to eat.  This place is well worth coming to again and again!!!!

  Don't miss the frozen mango margarita! Wooowhoo!
  Owners are the best and will make you feel like family!  We really love it!  Husbands favorite...steak quesadilla with cheese sauce on top.

  The food here is pretty good, standard restaurant Mexican food. The service here is terrible. Even when you order to-go food, the service is still bad. Wait staff is not very accommodating

  Wish I could leave less stars! The salsa was sooo salty, my husband, who never complains about restaurant food quality mentioned to the waiter that the salsa was overly salty, to which the waiter responded "it sometimes is." He did bring us more salty salsa to see if it was less salty than the dishes brought earlier, it was not. The food was not as described, they must have been running out of rice and beans because they served the tamales deluxe with a side of ground beef and shredded chicken, our waters were never refilled. I read another reviewers complaint about water, maybe they have a 1 cup maximum. I really wish Eureka had better restaurants!

  I wish that I had read reviews here in Yelp before we ate at this restaurant.  We came in about about 7:15pm (closing time was 9pm I believe) and the wait staff seemed not only shocked but upset that we were there (I think they wanted to close early).  There was one other couple in the restaurant (not so good for a Monday night).
  
  Once we got seated, there was a young overweight caucasian busboy (the only one that night on staff) who came and almost slammed down our salsa & chips. He didn't look at us, greet us or even pretend to care that we were paying his salary by eating there - he later went into the bathroom with cleaning materials and was in there for about 20 minutes - it was hard to miss since it was right in front of us.
  
  The food was bland and giving me no reason to return.
  
  We observed the wait staff sitting in a booth in the back about 15 feet in front of us playing on their phones in one booth.  Several times the older owner/manager (?) came out of the kitchen area and they quickly put their phones away before he got there (3-4 waiters at the booth), once he left the booth, they got their phones out.  So, not only are they lazy, but deceitful.
  
  I can say that I was quite happy to leave that restaurant and say "Adios!".  Unless there is a change of management and get the bums out of the wait staff, I don't have a reason to go back.
  
  I'm pretty sure that the behavior of the wait staff stems from the lackadaisical attitude of the management and they have no clue concerning customer service or who ultimately pays their salary.  If this restaurant is open in a year, I'll be very surprised.
